so how much does it cost ?
We are open and honest about all of our costs. Companies House charge everyone £15 to cover their administration costs (£20 for paper documents) - even us and we do hundreds every month. If you were to get a set of Memorandum and Articles of Association (Legal documents which state the rules and regulations for a general commercial company), you would pay around £15 to £20 from good office supply stores. All our prices INCLUDE both the Companies House administration fee and the Memorandum and Articles of Association documents. All prices are based on our fast and direct electronic formation system. We dont charge extra for the fast service. It comes as standard. If you submit a formation in the morning you are likely to get notification back in the afternoon, whichever option you go for (subject to Companies House operating timescales, and out verification for anti money laundering regualtions). Our lowest price package (e-form) is £34+VAT including VAT. This does everything electronically and you receive everything by email. This is usually taken up by accountants who do several formations a week with us and they do their own paperwork but you dont have to be an accountant to use this option. However we dont recommend this option if this is your first formation Our lowest price postal package (Bronze) is £45+VAT. This provides you with the electronic formation, plus a printed certificate of incorporation and a printed set of Memorandum and Articles of Association. This is the absolute minimum we'd suggest for a new company Our mid range (and most popular) package is Silver at £69+VAT. This is our most popular package with nearly half of the packages sold being of this type. This does the electronic formation, but once completed, the extra cost delivers you:
Our Gold package is £97+VAT. Again, this does the electronic formation, but once completed, you receive:
